Literally in a real hedge now, wishing he'd put that reddit algorithm in the software.

Sells stuff to grandparents. Or manages to get hold of PS5 stock and profits from that.

Have had one since launch and have hardly played anything lols. Couldn't be arsed selling it as profiteering is pretty lame, and also high risk of some scumbag buying it and claiming a brick arrived in the box.

Hitman 3 came out the other day. That’s been sick tbf. First game I’ve played since getting it (as I played The Last of Us 2 on PS4 just before PS5 came out).

Had thought Cyberpunk might be a must buy, but turns out it’s not epic so I’ll just wait until it’s patched etc and loads cheaper down the line.

Not actually sure what’s coming out soon/over the next year. Didn’t buy in the expectation of loads of games being available soon, just figured I may as well buy it at the start because it’s not going to drop in price for ages. Was reminded of the Switch which I didn’t bother buying as I assumed it’d drop in price... never did lols (outside of Black Friday deals etc).

Oh god I?m waiting until the price comes down probably going to be a while then huh but I really want a modern battlefield game. I really miss BF4. I had binned my PS for Stadia, wish I hadn?t now.

Hmm but how long will you have to wait for a price drop? And then when you do what happens if it’s only as much as the lifespan you’ve missed out on? In the sense that eg. the PS4 was out for like seven years? Someone could have decided to wait a couple of years for a price drop or three years for a hardware refresh... but at that point you might be 2/7 or 3/7 through the lifecycle anyway... so if you get it for like 20% cheaper it just reflects that. My price per year of use might be lower, etc etc.

The other side of it was I had a peasant PS4 slim so not 4k etc... so it was more of a leap for me... and arguably actual value there because I upgraded to a 4k OLED at the same time.
