Inspired by yourmum calling Luke fat.

I weighed myself last week, I was 12.7 stone @ 5’8 that made me a fucking fatty with a BMI slightly over 25 BLEUGH So I’m using CICO and limiting myself mostly to one meal a day, I’m aiming for about 500 calories.

So what weight are you, are you happy with your weight, on a diet or anything? Spill!

Not sure what I weigh, I don’t tend to weigh myself. If I did a bmi I’d be overweight.

Not on a diet, I eat a pretty balanced diet and don’t restrict myself with unsustainable changes. I go to the gym every day mon-Friday and do aerial silks (or I did until boris banned it).

Perfectly happy and not especially trying to change anything.

Good for you actually going to the gym and being actively active. I find it so hard to motive myself lately but I’ve decided I want to keep myself trim so I’m still sexy for my wife.

I’ve turned into such a lazy cunt, I used to run and do weights at the gym, now nothing. A couple of years ago I was hovering around 9 stone but I was active and I was going to the gym, I looked and felt great. I’ve actually got a belly RN and I can’t fit into any of my skinny jeans because I’m a fatty lol

I just need to get back to eating the way I used to which was simple as if I had a big dinner the night before I would skip breakfast have a light lunch and a normal dinner plus exercise. First I need to drop some weight so going a bit extreme on the calorie reduction. :(

Holy shit, you’re about my height , if you weighed twice me that’s unreal, was it the beer? I think the beer I’m has been what’s fucking me so I’m cutting that for a few weeks to see the difference it makes.

Yeah was beer and extra food

I just cut out 75% of my beer and all the snacks. Halved my portion size and trained hard

Like 19 stone is big still, but I’m fit now and happy. I’ve always been big lol, like I was 15 stone back in the day when I was kick boxing and shagging 67 stunners etc, would like to get to say 17 stone but tbh I’m not really bothered as I’m happy and healthy :)

Jaysus, puts it in perspective. 19 stone still pretty big Nate but if you’re happy then who cares. I’m weighing myself everyday now FS haven’t lost anything since Wednesday, I’m hoping I’m down another 3lbs by Monday morning. I really hope cutting the beer makes a big difference.

How were you even affording to drink 60 odd pints a week, that’s mental. Most I drink is 2 nights a week and even at that it’s like 5-7 tins, anymore and I’m dead lol

If you want to lose weight do cardio. And do HIIT cardio. Just got off my airdyne. 20 mins of 20 secs full chat then 1.40 rest. 20 Second sounds nothing but it’s absolutely fucking horrific, you need 1min 40 sec to recover properly. Absolutely strips you tho

I’m too lazy tbh, I know I should. I just find it easier to eat less, I’m down to 12.3 now, that’s what 4lb in a week. I’m going to try another week as I am and not drink this weekend. If I get to 12 stone in 2 weeks I’ll have a drink:fastyes:

I hate cardio, I don’t mind body weight routines and weights but until I lose some blubber I just don’t see the point because I’m gonna have to increase my calorie intake and I don’t know what my base line is yet.

Once I get normal weight I’ll start back at the gym but I’m a couple of months off that I reckon

You should get a pair of 10kg kettlebells from men’s health

Start with one over a month doing EMOM workouts, working up to using the 2 together

I’m on 2x20kg now. I do all sorts of shit. Mostly swings, rows, clean and press tho, and some squats. I do hiit mon-wed-fri on my fanbike/airdyne then kettles Tuesday/Wednesday plus more random kettlebell isolations pissed up at the weekend :rofl:

I know I said I was aiming for 500 calories but being real I’ve been having about 700 a day, I’m CONSTANTLY hungry if I’m not drinking fluids.

I don’t have any weights or that at home but I could start myself off doing some push-ups, dips and crunches?

So here's the problem. You spend an awfully large amount of time telling people that your life is mint. Everything is awesome. Great missus, beautiful kids, 47 orgasms a night, life is amazing.
