Sanchez rumoured to be heading to City in a swap deal for Aguero ?

https://www.theguardian.com/football...hez-and-aguero

dunno what the point of that would be TBH

Stagflation 26-06-2017 20:34

It's a win for City and damage limitation for L'Arse, City want Sanchez and they know Aguero won't be happy playing 2nd fiddle to Jesus. Arsenal get a top striker that they wouldn't be able to attract otherwise and softens the inevitable blow of losing Sanchez.

Visage 26-06-2017 23:07

Aguero is arguably the best striker in the league though. Sanchez is no upgrade.

Stagflation 26-06-2017 23:25

Sanchez isn't really a striker, he can obviously excel there but his best position is as a forward in a wing back system where he is free to roam. I can see why Guardiola would rather fit Jesus and Sanchez in the same team rather than having one of Jesus or Aguero on the bench.

Kyle Walker to City for 50m

He's good, but he's not the smartest player, Spurs will miss his pace down the flank, hopefully Trippier can push on to replace him
